Crab Rangoon 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1-2 green onions thinly chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 tsp. A-1 Sauce 1/2 tsp Light Soy sauce 1 can crab meat, picked over or 6 ounces lump crab picked over 1 package won-ton wrappers 1 egg yolk Peanut or vegetable oil for deep frying Combine cream cheese and seasonings mix well;add the crab and mix lightly, try not to break up the lump crab meat. Place a heaping tsp. in the middle of each won-ton. Moisten edges of won-tons with egg yolk, gather the edges together and pinch to seal. Deep fry in hot oil in batches until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot. You can also make them into triangles, moisten with the egg yolk and fry. Jan
