Crab and Cheese Crepes

2 pkg cream cheese
6 ounces flaked backfin crabmeat (imitation or well-drained canned is fine)
2 tbsp green scallions, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp of 5-spice powder (optional)
Wonton wraps
Water to Moisten
Oil for frying
duck sauce, chinese mustard, sweet and sour for dipping

Pick through crabmeat well to remove all bits of shell and cartilage.

Soften cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Add sauces, crabmeat,
scallions, and spices. Mix well.

Place a dollop of cheese mixture in center of wonton wrap. Pull
one corner over cheese, moisten and stick down.fold on opposite
corners at an angle to meet the first.

Fry in hot oil for 3-5 minutes or until brown.

Serve with duck sauce and mustard, or sweet and sour sauce.
